Our facility has the potential to do it all by delivering an affordable, memorable, and fun wedding experience. We can host the wedding ceremony either inside or outside. Our main dining area can accommodate 48 guests for seating. We can provide a kitchen space that can accommodate potluck-style, or catered meals. We can turn our indoor facility from a meal setting into a dance floor with big screen entertainment. And, we can turn our outdoor deck into a spectator area to watch playground contests, games and fun.
Indoor three-in-one Facility
You can transform our main area to accommodate three different functions.
The wedding – Chairs can be set-up in theater style with an aisle for the bride to walk down.
The meal – Bring in the tables and rearrange the chairs to accommodate sitting guests.
The entertainment – Put away the tables, move the chairs against the wall, and get ready for dancing…can you Bunny Hop? You can use a microphone and speaker for speeches, toasts and announcements. Plug in your favorite music playlist, turn up the sound, and use our large TV sound system to dance the night away.
The kitchen area can be curtained off during the wedding, then opened up for meals and entertainment.

The Location
Logsden is located on the beautiful Siletz River, and is only a 27-minute drive to Newport. An RV and tent camping option is located only 5-minutes away at Lincoln County’s Moonshine Park. As a bonus, the Logsden Country Store is within walking distance of our club.

Newport – 27 minutes / Philomath – 47 minutes / Corvallis – 57 minutes / Lincoln City – 1 hour & 4 minutes / Albany 1 hour & 15 minutes / Lebanon – 1 hour & 21 minutes / Salem – 1 hour & 36 minutes / Eugene 1 hour & 43 minutes.
The Weather
When summer afternoons bring hot temperatures to the Willamette Valley and wind and fog to the Oregon Coast, Logsden provides the perfect climate. Situated about 15 miles inland from the ocean, Logsden’s summer weather is usually between 70-80 degrees with a cooling slight breeze.
Our Facilities
Our club is ADA accessible, with a 1,700 square foot facility with a 640 square foot adjoining outdoor deck. It includes two clean restrooms and a large lawn available for some outdoor fun and
games. Our full kitchen area has three large stainless steel tables, a large stove, microwave oven, two refrigerators, coffee pot, hot-water maker, large ice trays and three stainless-steel sinks.
Our indoor setting provides 8 large tables, 50 folding chairs, a microphone & speaker, a 47” TV screen, a DVD player, and Internet access. With our outdoor deck we include 4 tables with umbrellas and 16 chairs.
Wedding Rental Package ($500)
As an option, we offer a number of items to help make it easy to put together both an elegant and fun wedding. Indoors they include: A wedding arch, 50 white chair covers, 6 white table clothes, 6 table runners with 6 flowers settings. Outdoors on our deck, we provide 6 tables with table cloths & umbrellas, 24 outdoor chairs, and 4 pop-up tents.
Fun & Games
While lounging on our deck, you can take in some of the action on our lawn. Included in the
Wedding Rental Package is entertainment items for the kids…and kids-of-all-ages. You can set up a
9-hole Frisbee golf course, or play cornhole, have whiffle-ball game, or try a hula hoop contest. And,
there’s always the potential of one of those egg-toss games!
Meals and More
To help keep your wedding affordable, consider these options. Think about having a Potluck Wedding where guests bring a dish to put on the table. (We can make sure all dishes stay cooled
or keep heated.) A Catered Wedding where guests walk through a line to pick up their meals. Consider having a Food Cart Wedding where guests foods are cooked outside, then brought inside for dining. (Sorry, our stove can not be used for cooking, only heating pre-cooked items.)
Can you get by with a little help from your friends?
What help keeps our facility affordable and functional is by involving a few of your wedding guests. By having friends help set up, take down, and move around tables and chairs it transforms our facility. The same goes for the outdoor deck and lawn contests and games. (We do not provide an on-site wedding facilitator.)
Wedding Rental Fees
We have two rental hour options, a full-day = 12 hours and a half day = 6 hours.
Club Availability – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We also have LCC member and non-member prices.
Monday – Thursday
Members – Full Day – $175 / Half Day $100
Non-Members – Full Day $400 / Half Day $325
Friday – Sunday
Members – Full Day – $200 / Half Day $150
Non-Members – Full Day $800 / Half Day $60
Requirements & Considerations
We require a $250 deposit ($50 non-refundable). Alcohol permitted, under additional use
agreement. Cleaning checklist required to receive your deposit back.
